How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support global shipping in the near future.

What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed fixtures cannot be returned unless they are found to be defective.

Are light bulbs included with the lamps?

To allow for personal preference in color temperature and brightness, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the product description.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the item is damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Are your products compatible with dimmer switches?

Most of our hardwired chandeliers and pendants are dimmable, provided you use a compatible dimmable bulb and a wall-mounted dimmer switch.
