At Lights&lamps, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused fixtures in their original packaging. Please ensure all components and installation manuals are included to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all protective foam and hardware to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the item for damages, your refund will be processed and credited back to you within 5-7 business days.
